Information we collect
Account information: email, name, role (patient / practitioner / manufacturer).
Health information you provide: medications, dosing schedules, treatments, reactions, notes, and label photos.
Usage & security telemetry: sign-in events, access logs, IP and user-agent for audit purposes.
How we use it
Deliver the app's core features: schedule, reminders, interaction checks, recall alerts, savings, sharing with practitioners.
Improve safety through AI agents; inputs and outputs are scrubbed of direct identifiers before being stored in agent logs.
Detect and investigate suspicious access.
Sharing
Only with practitioners you explicitly grant a share link to, for the scope and duration you set.

We do not sell your data.
Retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. Deletion requests are honored from Settings → Account & data. Audit-log entries required for compliance may be retained after deletion in de-identified form.
Your rights
You can export a complete copy of your data, correct information from your profile, revoke share links, and request account deletion at any time. Contactprivacy@myhealth.appfor anything else.
Children
My Health Passport is not intended for use by children under 13 without a parent or guardian account.
