1. Who we are
MyHealth-Passport is a product of VitaCresto Health ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the website or phone app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Not medical advice
MyHealth-Passport helps you organise and share your health information. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your doctor, pharmacist, or emergency services. Medication checks, reminders, and AI summaries may be incomplete or wrong — always confirm with a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You may manage a child's or dependant's profile only if you are legally allowed to.
- Carers and practitioners act only within the permissions you grant, and you can withdraw them at any time.
4. Your health information
You own your information. You decide what is shared, with whom, and for how long. Information from clinics or other sources is only added to your profile after you accept it.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown on the Plans page. Plans cannot be bought inside the phone app.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no accessing other people's information without permission, no attempts to break security, and no unlawful or abusive content.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account & plan. After 30 days your account and data are permanently erased; records we must keep by law are made anonymous.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, VitaCresto Health is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on information in the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app or by email.
10. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to have your own account. Children under 13 may only be managed by a parent or guardian through their own account.
11. Ending your access
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can still export your information before an account is closed, except where that would be unsafe.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be changed by agreement.
